How BuzzKill™ Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to BuzzKill™, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription that automatically renews and charges your selected payment method on a regular billing cycle (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the plan you selected) until you cancel. By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these recurring charges.

Each subscription renewal will be charged at the price displayed at checkout (plus any applicable taxes and shipping), unless we notify you of a price change in advance.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of your initial purchase and a shipping notification email with each renewal order.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date using either of the following methods. No cancellation fees apply.

Option 1: Customer Portal (Instant — Available 24/7)

  1. Visit your Account / Subscription Management page here.
  2. Log in using the email address associated with your order.
  3. Locate your active subscription.
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription."
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  6. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email — please save this for your records.

Option 2: Email Support

  • Send an email to support@getbuzzkill.com with the subject line: "Cancel My Subscription."
  • Include your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  • Our team will process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email, typically within 1 business day.

What Happens After I Cancel?

  • Cancellation stops all future charges and shipments. You will not be billed again after cancellation is confirmed.
  • Cancellations are not retroactive. If your subscription has already renewed and your order has been processed or shipped, that charge is not automatically reversed by cancelling. You may request a refund for the most recent order by contacting us (see our Refund Policy).
  • You keep access for the current billing period. Any orders already paid for will still be shipped to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't know I was subscribed. What happened?

During checkout, subscription pricing is clearly displayed alongside one-time purchase options. If you selected a subscription, you would have seen the recurring pricing, billing frequency, and subscription terms before completing your purchase. Your order confirmation email also confirms your subscription enrollment.

I was charged again after I thought I cancelled. Why?

If you were charged after attempting to cancel, one of the following may have occurred:

  • Your cancellation was not completed. Please check your email for a cancellation confirmation. If you don't have one, the cancellation may not have gone through. Contact us and we'll help resolve this.
  • Your cancellation was submitted after the renewal already processed. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. If your renewal date had already passed, the charge for that cycle is valid, but no further charges will occur.

How do I know when my next renewal date is?

You can view your upcoming renewal date by logging into your account on our website. You can also check your original order confirmation email for your billing cycle details.

Can I get a refund on my most recent subscription charge?

Yes — if your most recent renewal has already been charged, please contact us at support@getbuzzkill.com within 14 days of the charge. We'll review your request. Please also see our full Refund Policy for details.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can typically cancel and refund the charge. If it has already shipped, we may offer a refund upon return of the unopened product.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes! If you'd like to skip a shipment or delay your next order, you can do so through your customer account portal. This lets you hold your subscription without losing your pricing — perfect if you're stocked up for the season or heading somewhere cold.

Can I change my subscription (frequency, quantity, or product)?

Absolutely. Log in to your customer portal to adjust your delivery schedule, product quantity, or product selection at any time before your next renewal processes.

I filed a dispute with my bank instead of contacting you. What should I do?

We understand — but we'd love the chance to help first. Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) before reaching out to us can delay resolution and may result in account restrictions.

If you've already filed a dispute, please contact us at support@getbuzzkill.com so we can work with you and your bank to resolve the matter quickly.

If you'd like a refund, please contact us directly — we're happy to help and can often resolve the issue faster than the dispute process.
